Skin cancers are relatively uncommon malignancies worldwide, but the incidence of skin has progressively increased over last few decades. The distinction between benign and malignant neoplasm more difficult to define when they appear in than found elsewhere histopathological examination is frequently required establish a definitive diagnosis. present study was various tumours its adnexa. Histopathological remains gold standard diagnosing most tumours. Thus diagnosis any tumor can be done by correlating clinical features histological features, which turn supported histochemistry, immunohistochemistry electron microscopy. Most were Nodular lesions (34.3%), followed papular (28.4%) ulcerated (9.8%). Malignant commonly presented as lesions. Head neck region common site occurrence extremities trunk.
